Allocate Software recently facilitated an online panel discussion exploring the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety as part of its continuing programme of though leadership webinars.
This is a landmark inquiry for Australian residential and in-home aged care providers and an opportunity to get to the heart of the problems facing the sector and to put in place real reforms to transform these services.
The panel comprised of two leading experts in the sector, Richard Ainley, Healthcare Partner with PwC Australia, and Patricia Sparrow, CEO of Aged and Community Services Australia. The discussion was facilitated by Matt Durston, Allocate Software Managing Director APAC. Together they explored the implications of findings and presented insights for the sector.
