Registered users can visit the support portal. The support portal allows you to contact the support teams directly. It also includes lots of help and guidance, including how to’s and commonly asked questions.

# 2 System Administrator

If you are a user of our software looking for help with access (such as a user name or password) you should contact your organisations system administrator. Allocate Software cannot set up user names and passwords on behalf of health or care organisations.
