Allocate Software, the leading supplier of workforce optimisation and management solutions for organisations with complex, multi-skilled workforces, has announced the appointment of Rein de Vries as Client Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Sydney, de Vries will lead the services and support function in the region. He will be responsible for project management and technical delivery of HealthRoster and RosterOn and for managing client relationships enabling the successful deployment of the company’s staff rostering software into client environments. Rein will also manage the Allocate Support team for the ANZ region.
De Vries joins Allocate Software with more than 25 years’ experience in sales, IT delivery and support of product and services for large technology vendor solution providers. He was previously Australia and New Zealand Operations Director at iSOFT. During his time with the organisation he was responsible for the performance management of the company’s professional services consultants in the delivery of complex IT solutions for the public and private health industry.
Prior to iSOFT, he was Senior Director for Oracle Consulting Services where he managed the largest Oracle services team in the Asia Pacific region in the sale and delivery of professional services for medium to large customers in Australia and New Zealand for over three years. De Vries has also worked in professional consulting services for Infor, Baan and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has managed his own IT services company.
